The Transformational Thinking Guarantee

We want our new customers to be as confident in placing orders with us as our existing customers are.  We are proud of our reputation as an effective partner in supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to achieve uncommon levels of success.  It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with the impact we have, and with what is achieved as a result of working with us.

We have a policy on design that means we seek to create value rather than minimise price.  This means that it will always be our priority to design products and services that work, and then seek to deliver them cost effectively.

We guarantee that if, in your opinion as the customer, you feel that we have not provided you with effective products or services, we will correct the situation at no cost to you, and refund in full any fees you have already paid for that product or service.

All of our work is covered by our standard guarantee, namely:

A full refund of delivery fees* will be made if, within twelve weeks after the programme, the customer feels that our work was ineffective in contributing to the outcomes that the customer desired.

Transformational Thinking Ltd trusts that the assessment by the customer will be fair and reasonable, provided that;

1. any claim under this guarantee is made in writing by;

a.In the case of private customers – the person receiving the service or participating in the programme of learning
b.In the case of business customers - the Director responsible for the Human Resources Function or Senior Manager responsible for Staff Development
c.In both cases setting out the reasons for the claim.

2. the customer subsequently enters into dialogue with Transformational Thinking Ltd about the reason for their dissatisfaction (in order that improvements can be made to future programmes and services).

3. participants on development programmes complete all pre-course or post-course work that is integral to the programme of learning or development provided by us.4. .the customer (and their staff, if applicable) completes any work they agree to do as an output of any programme or consultancy.

NOTE: Claims under guarantee are separate from and exceptional to the customer’s obligation to pay under the agreed terms and conditions, and any claim shall not suspend the customer’s obligations under contract until and unless any such claim may be settled in the customer’s favour.


*This guarantee covers only the refund of direct costs of attendance paid by private individuals, and the day rate or programme fees paid by business customers.  It expressly excludes peripheral client disbursements such as (but not exclusively) accommodation, meals, and travel costs etc., and no claim can be made for consequential losses under this guarantee.
