Terms & Conditions

of Business

1. Charges for Products and Packaged Products are made according to the prevailing published price list. Charges for Services are made at our prevailing day and half day rates, which are currently £1700 and £950 respectively.

2. Travel is charged at Business Class – air travel, First Class- rail travel (both plus Taxi Transfers) or 0.40p / ? 0.60 per mile for road travel.

3. Accommodation (3 star or equivalent) will be required for each consultant on the night prior to any day on which delivery begins before 10.00 a.m.

4. Any client disbursements are subject to a management and administration fee of 10% (we therefore encourage our clients to make arrangements for, and settle accommodation, venue and sundry charges direct).

5. All prices quoted are exclusive of venue charges, participant accommodation, catering and training equipment hire, which are considered client disbursements (see above).

6. All learning support materials are included.  Additional personal profiling instruments can be provided at our normal rates where it is agreed with the client that they will help, on an individual basis.

7. Credit will only be extended subject to a satisfactory credit reference.  All credit invoices are payable strictly within thirty days of invoice date.

8. Dates cannot be held until agreed by Transformational Thinking Ltd and confirmed by the client, in writing.

9. We reserve the right to levy postponement and cancellation fees if less than 14 days notice is given of the cancellation or postponement, and if cancelled or postponed days can then not be re-sold.  If cancellation charges are made they will be at the rate of 50% of fees normally chargeable for the period of the booking that has been cancelled.

10. All Copyright and Intellectual Property remains the property of its originator unless expressly agreed otherwise.  The intellectual property and copyright contained in all programmes and materials provided, facilitated and managed by Transformational Thinking Ltd or its Associates and Agents are either vested in Paul Crittenden, Transformational Thinking Ltd or licensed from third parties.  The Client warranties that all copyright will be protected and there will be no unauthorised copying of any materials provided by Transformational Thinking Ltd or its Associates or Agents in whole or in part in any media.  Furthermore the Client also warranties that no part or module of any Transformational Thinking Ltd programme or materials will be facilitated by anyone other than a formally accredited and licensed Transformational Thinking Ltd Facilitator without the prior written consent of Transformational Thinking Ltd.  Entering into a contract to deliver services does not constitute a formal agreement between the parties to licence the intellectual property nor is there any obligation on the part of Transformational Thinking Ltd to do so.  Any such agreement to license Transformational Thinking Ltd’s intellectual property, is subject to terms and conditions expressly excluded from this document.

11. All charges made within the UK are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
