More about the Forum
The Forum consists of workshops that are held throughout the year at select hotels across the UK. Each session includes cutting edge input from leading thinkers on leadership topics. There is also time for you, a small group of peers and a top Executive Coach to work on your current business issues.
Membership of the Forum includes your attendance at the four workshops held during the year as well as telephone and email support between workshops and at least one full coaching session. There is also an online forum and regular newsletter.
The nature of the Forum and limited membership means that members also develop a close and trust-based network of peers to call on both during the workshops and in between meetings.

Who is it for?
Forum members are individuals, not companies. They are high calibre leaders who have personally chosen to join the Forum. They are all people who accept the principles and challenges of Transformational Leadership. Many have attended the Transformational Leadership Course. They have joined the Forum to get support on the tough stuff and to make time to stop and reflect in order to continue their journey of growth, maximise their strengths and celebrate their successes with like-minded people.
How much does it cost?
Annual membership of the Forum is excellent value at £1700 + VAT (discounts may apply, contact us for details). This includes:
- Four exceptional leadership workshops at select hotel venues in the UK
- At least one face-to-face private coaching session over the course of the year
- Telephone / email support for the duration of the programme
