Train to Gain Leadership and Management Grant

Through the government initiative, Train to Gain, we are pleased to announce that you or other leaders and managers in your business may be eligible for a grant of up to £1,000 to spend on Leadership & Management development.  The Leadership and Management Grant is designed to increase leadership capability, proven to directly increase business performance.

You could use this grant to fund or part-fund the following

• One-to-One Leadership Coaching and Mentoring
• Leadership profiling and assessment
• Bespoke leadership workshops and leadership courses
• Leadership or Management Team Consultancy
• Leadership or Management Team Facilitation
• Inspirational Leadership Keynotes
• Experiential Leadership events

We are providers under the Train to Gain Leadership & Management programme and can introduce you to the specialist advisors who will assess your eligibility for the grant.

If you meet the following criteria you may be eligible:

• Company size 5-249 people
• You are planning on developing your leadership & management skills

If your business is eligible, you will be given a grant of £500 for the Managing Director, Director or another Key Business Leader to spend on their leadership development.  Contact us to discuss your eligibility.

You can also claim up to £500 for their further development or for the development of other members of managerial staff. You will need to match-fund this additional money.

So, you have the choice of securing £500 funding for no financial commitment from your business or take the £500 plus a further amount (up to £500) to be match funded by your business.
