Transformational Leaders' Forum

Our Transformational Leaders' Forum provides powerful, ongoing leadership development to members.

Unlike the many online leadership Forums out there we are building a Transformational Leadership Forum to enable leaders come together four times a year at high impact topical leadership events.  In between events members receive interim email and telephone Forum support.  Members of the Forum are all leaders who strive to continuously develop their leadership ability and will often re-new year after year.

Members benefit from transformational coaching sessions for themselves, and have opportunity to hone their own coaching ability to increase their leadership capability.  At each event, we provide a thought provoking and relevant leadership keynote with the opportunity to question the speaker.  There is also plenty of time for stimulating group discussion, expert facilitation and 1:1 coaching activities.

Our Forum provides a unique environment in which members feel safe yet stretched.  Strong, already capable leaders, come along and feel able to let their guard down and talk openly and frankly about what is stopping them and where they may be struggling.  The Forum will challenge your thinking and give you profound insights into your self as a leader, and is often the catalyst for individuals to transform into extraordinary leaders.   Sharing experiences and being able to communicate openly away from the pressure of your leadership role gives you the very real leadership and personal development you need.
